Mark Leslie Joins Board as Non-Executive Director

Wallstreet is delighted to announced that Mark Leslie has joined its board as a non-executive director. Leslie’s entrepreneurial spirit and deep knowledge of the IT industry will be invaluable to Wall Street Systems as it grows and builds on its leadership position.  Furthermore, Leslie will serve as chairman of the Wall Street Systems Executive Committee.   Leslie was the founding chairman and chief executive officer of Veritas Software. During his 11 year tenure as CEO, the company went from 12 employees to 5,500, deployed globally, and from a revenue base of US$95,000 per year to US$1.5 billion per year. In 2000, Veritas achieved the distinction of becoming a Fortune 1000 company.  He is currently managing director of Leslie Ventures, a private investment company.  He also serves on the boards of Network Appliance (NSDAQ: NTAP) and a number of privately held high-technology corporations. In addition Leslie is on the board of Overseers for the New York University Faculty of Arts and Sciences and is the Chairman of the New York University Science Advisory Board. Leslie is also currently a Lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business where he teaches courses in entrepreneurship and sales organization.               Mark Leslie    Non-Executive Director
