Job Description

This role will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery of the FX/BO product from pre sales scoping and planning to design, development, delivery and implementation.

It is a global role to which all EMEAA FX/BO Project Managers will report into. This role will be report directly to the EMEAA Regional Director for the FXBO product.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling all projects, ensuring accurate progress reporting and escalation to the Client and WSS Program Management and other Stakeholders.
• Responsible for the delivery of all FX/BO projects ensuring quality delivery within scope, time and budget
• Share project management best practices and project learning’s with team members and Services Department
• Confidence to engage and develop strong relationships with stakeholder groups
• Manage the Pre Sales Scoping and planning phases of all new project activities, influencing the decision making at senior management level
• To focus on continual development of the Implementation Framework adopted by WSS

Required Skills and Experience

• The candidate requires strong communication and organizational skills as they will liaise directly with clients, internal development and technology managers and business representatives.
• The candidate will have a understanding of all aspects of the Project Life-cycle and a proven track record of delivering multi phase, multi faceted implementations at major Financial Institutions
• They will have knowledge of the trade lifecycle for Financial Markets and will have faced off to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Financial Markets / Investment Banking with specific product knowledge relating to FX, MM, Fixed Income or similar
• Proven experience in a leadership/management role
• Financial & Project reporting tools experience
• Pursuit of PMI certification and/or Prince II
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Flexibility is required to accommodate international travel when required.
• Sales and negotiation skills
