Job Description
Wall Street Systems are a leading software house within the Treasury and Capital Markets arena with 500 employees servicing over 300 Banking, Corporate and Central Bank customers. Due to continued expansion we are currently recruiting Business Consultants and Project Managers into our Professional Services Team. As part of a software implementation team, the Business Consultant analyses customer requirements for highly specialised financial software functionality and implements the functionality that meets these requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and considered analysis of issues and appropriate solutions to meet the client's requirements
- Configure the Application to accurately represent the clients business and meet their functional requirements
- Provide creative and practical solutions to facilitate improved client processes and smooth project implementation
- Creation of Business Requirements and Functional Specifications as part of the customisation process including the planning, documentation and execution of supporting test cases.
- Plan, perform and document testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements.
- Drive client/partner focus to ensure efficient and timely completion of project tasks
- Deliver quality training to clients enhancing company Education Services brand
- Support pre-sales, scoping and requirement definition programmes
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in the financial industry, ideally working in a large Corporate, a Bank or for a Treasury Management software vendor
- Extensive experience gained at a Global Corporate or Bank at a managerial level or with responsibility for a function within Treasury
- A proven track record in project work
- Thorough understanding of Treasury functions within a Corporate or Bank Treasury.
- Applicants must be willing to travel extensively
