Job Description
The main responsibilities will consist of assisting clients with advice about our software, solving complex business and configuration problems and reacting to critical issues on a timely basis. A significant portion of time is spent building client relationships, fixing client issues and liaising with R&D to report issues and work on code and configuration solutions. This is a customer facing role with much client interaction requiring good communication skills coupled with the ability to discuss diverse business scenarios with fellow market professionals.
