Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Guidance and Support on the Treasury Application to accurately represent the clients’ business needs.
  • Providing accurate and considered analysis of client issues along with appropriate solutions to meet the client’s requirements.
  • Focus on driving down outstanding WRS issues and assist with the maintenance of CSS performance metrics.
  • Creation of System Fault and Functional Specifications as part of the client support including planning, documentation and execution of supporting test cases.
  • Plan, perform and document testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/ requirements.
  • Support Wallstreet Treasury clients post go-live and provide support to implementation projects managed by other Business Consultants in the Treasury Team.
  • Assist the drive to improve client / partner focus to increase client satisfaction and reference ability.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Professional Services, Account Management and Pre-sales.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably working in a large corporate and / or Treasury Management software vendor.
  • A good understanding of work flow and functions within a corporate treasury.
  • Experience of supporting Treasury systems with the experience of using Wallstreet Treasury being a distinct advantage.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Good Customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in dealing with Senior Treasury Professionals.
  • An enthusiasm for taking responsibility.
  • A self-motivated and hard working individual who is goal orientated, able to work with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to the team.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • A passion for knowledge.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • A working knowledge in information systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial industry, instruments and markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum - Degree.
  • Desire / commitment to study for further professional qualifies would be seen favourably.
