Job Description

To work in Front Line support within the Business Team, from the London based support centre. Shift work will be required. The candidate will be taught the requisite Business application skills in order to provide full front line support. This may involve attending off-site courses. Specific training in WSS Suite and possibly FX/BO will be provided.

The role will require telephone communication with customers, first level analysis of issues in a business context, constant customer feedback, team work, recognizing high priority issues, escalating appropriately, supporting peers, pro-activeness, initiative.

This is not a technical role however database query skills will be an advantage although not mandatory. It should be seen as an entry level role.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must be at least graduate level in Finance, Economics or Maths.
  • Some experience in the financial sector, preferably banking, middle or back office.
  • Ideally the candidates should also have some understanding of either databases and/or sql although not essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Financial Services Sector.
