Key Responsibilities

  • Provides first class client service by solving complex problems
  • Understand clients' needs and translate into proper action, including reaching out to other areas of the company.
  • Identifies and qualifies opportunities with existing customers to enhance WSS position and revenue opportunities
  • It is expected that the role will provide deep, responsive support and thus reduce the reliance on others
  • Resolve prioritization conflicts
  • Successful working in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to manage own time
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to adopt quickly to change in workload, target and plan

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent background in Treasury products and market conventions
  • Accounting background beneficial
  • Battle proven analytical skills (track record to prove it)
  • Clear, concise oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written), other languages will be an asset
  • Previous position in a client facing role
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Creative thinker
  • Innovative
  • Experience working with WSS FXBO will be an asset
