Karl Jaeger joined Wall Street Systems in January 2006 to serve as chief financial officer. Previously, Karl held the position of chief financial officer and senior vice president for client services at Liquent, Inc, where in addition to his CFO responsibilities, he was responsible for the global professional services organization, providing best market practices, implementation services and complete outsourcing for regulatory submission services to the Life Sciences market.

Prior to joining Liquent, Karl spent more than 14 years in Thomson Financial Services in a number of roles in finance, operations and organizational development, most recently as senior vice president for finance and business development. Over the years, Karl has acted as CFO for a wide range of successful businesses, from start-up to US$600 million entities. During his tenure, he has managed or actively participated in over 40 successful acquisitions and 6 divestures. Karl holds a BSc in accounting from St. John’s University.
